Died unexpectedly 9/24/13 at Regions hospital of heart failure. Judy is preceded in death by her Parents, Hazel and Tony Cullen; Sisters, Patty Nelson and Wendy Cullen; Husband, Donald Peterson. She is survived by her Children, Kurt Meyer, Heidi Carlson, Wendy (Jeff) Simon, Jean (Pete) Tapia, Tammy (Paul) Bagley; Grandchildren, Scott, Josh, Zach, Derek, Danielle, Colton, Paula, Sarah, and Kenny; Siblings, Casey Cullen,Terri (Roger) Gangl, Cathy Ecklund, Mike Cullen; Special Friend and Companion, Chuck Wodicka; Many Other Friends and Family. Service of Remembrance 2 pm on Saturday 10/12/13 at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave., St. Paul. Visitation 1 hour prior. Private interment.
