He was born on July 2, 1941 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. For 25 years, he volunteered as a St. Paul Police Reserve Officer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Ella Langlois.
Larry is survived by his wife of 63 years, Jacqueline; son William; sister Patricia (Rick) Arons; and many extended family and friends.
A funeral for Larry will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 11 am at Wulff Funeral Home, with a visitation starting at 10 am. Burial and military honors at a later date at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
