So sorry for your loss. I remember Neil being such a kind person,always a smile on his face. Kind to all of us neighborhood kids on 4th St. :)

Keith and Family, my thoughts and prayers go out to you.  Neil was my first boss at the City and I will remember his smile and instilling a sense of pride and strong work ethic of those who worked for him. He was a caring man and I will certainly miss him.

God's garden must be beautiful for he only takes the best. He knew that you were weary, and he knew you were in pain. He knew that you would never be well on earth again. He saw the roads were getting rough, and the hills were hard to climb. So he closed your weary eyelids, and whispered peace be thine.

Carol & Family, We are so sorry to hear about Neil. He was like a Father to Chuck as was all of your family. We talk of y'all often and all the fun  things you did as a family and included him as if he was your own. I even remember a trip to the apple orchard with y'all. I could not have ask for a better family to take care of Chuck. He learned a lot about Love and Sharing from all of you. Chuck is always saying he is going to call Steve. Neil was always one of my favorite cousins.  Haven't seen him for years, but he will still be missed.
