Fr. Philip Ramstad, age 78, of St. Paul, MN, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 24, 2023. Visitation on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at 5 PM with memorial prayers at 6 PM followed by Divine Liturgy. Funeral service on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 10 AM. All events held at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church (956 Forest St N, St Paul, MN 55106). Interment in Sunset Cemetery at a later date.
