Age 74, of Encinitas, CA Passed away following complications after a stroke on Thursday, February 10th, 2022. She was born and raised in St. Paul, MN, graduated from Johnson HS in 1965 and was a hair stylist for 56 years.
She was an avid dog lover who enjoyed dog shows/ agility with her beloved fur babies. Talented graphics/web designer and passionate photographer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Doris and Bob, and brothers Donnie and Tom. Phyllis will be deeply missed by her Fur babies; Son Paul; Siblings Billy (Cindy), Terry (Becky), Dennis (Jenny), Sue; many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be Saturday, May 7th at 4pm with visitation one hour prior at Grace Lutheran Church, 1730 Old Hudson Rd, St. Paul.
