Of St Paul
Preceded in death by his wife Norma, and infant son William C. Jr.
Survived by three daughters: Cheryl A. Ray, Caryl Wysk, and Cathleen J. Smalley (Steve). Five grandchildren: Richard Wysk, Rebecca Leitzell, Robyn Wysk (Ryan Judge), Jennifer Smalley and Courtney Smalley. Three great grandchildren: Ryleigh, Reagan, and Maddox Leitzell and one sister Doris Hammarlund, and many nieces and nephews.
He proudly served in the Army Air Corps, and United States Air Force for 27 years . He was a veteran who served in three wars, WWII, Korean, and Vietnam.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Friday August 4, 2017 at Wulff Funeral Home 1485 White Bear Ave, St Paul with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial with military honors will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Memorials appreciated to the Air Force Museum at Wright Patterson AFB.
