So many memories. I remember Mom's love, her caring, her eyes, her smile, her one armed hugs and me asking, "what's wrong  with your other arm?" Then, laughing till tears ran down our legs. I remember how big your eyes would get and how long your neck would be when you were mad. I remember when YOU, John and Barbel came to visit us in NC. As soon as you stepped out of the car you farted. We all laughed so hard and you wet your pants. I had to wash and dry your them. Gee! Thanks for coming to see us!! Oh, how I would love to relive those memories, and so many many more, with you again. I love and miss you an unimaginable, immeasurable amount. Thank you Mom, for being YOU! I want to extend my sorry for you during this time. I regret that I am unable to be there with you. I did want remind you how much Glenn loved his  Cousin Joy and enjoyed talking with her from time to time. He often shared with me many of their “growing up” years. My Aunt Joy blessed my life with cherished memories with her loving caring touch of comfort & yes joy. She was a TRUE JOY & I’m so proud to be her niece. My childhood trips as a child to travel buy car to Tampa from Sparrows Point, Maryland to visit & Stay with her & cousins are my greatest memories. The kindness & sweetness poured out of her heart. Then I married and my husband & two sons would visit in my adult years. Finally after seventy years( two years ago) my husband John and I left Sparrows Point and moved to Florida & I was so happy to live a short drive from her instead of the thousand miles. Now I made that move a little too late. 😪 I will carry her in my heart till my last breathe and we will meet again in Joy in heaven. I always called her just to say, I LOVE YOU AUNT JOY🌹SWAK We Thank you for your love, Donna & John Pro

GG Joy was a person that I loved to see when our family went to Florida.  She welcomed me and her great grand kids Izaak and Amelia with open arms and love.  We did not get to Tampa as much as we would have like to, but she always made her great grandkids feel special on their birthdays and Christmas and during our many phone conversations.   The Youngcourt/Parrish family is in our prayers.  Love, Cindy, Izaak and Amelia 

I will always be grateful for having had my Aunt Joy in my life. She was certainly given the best name, as I believe she was truly a joy to everyone whose lives she touched
 She brought humor to my life when I needed it, and could surely soothe me when I needed that. Even her very voice was soothing. Thank you Joy for the wonderful memories and for sharing your amazing family... proof again that family isn't only about blood.
