Carmen was born August 24, 1941, in Brooklyn, NY to Isadore Guzman and Carmen Ramos. In 2000 Carmen moved to the Tampa area from Hoboken, NJ. A member of Bethel Assembly of God, Carmen had a strong faith in God.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Jose Lopez Serrano; her loving children, sons - Daniel, Joseph and his wife Ericka, Michael and his wife Angela, Andrew and his wife Lori and daughter Kathy; her cherished 20 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
