She is predeceased by her loving mom Elizabeth (Toni) Christensen and her dad, Horace Scarborough . She is survived by her son, Tony Garcia(Julie), her daughter Deborah Capitano (Jimmy) her loving grandchildren Cody Garcia (Kaitlynn), Gabbie Garcia, Nick Garcia (Rose), Brooke Consagra, Zoe Williamson(Titan), her great grandchildren Nova and Emersyn, her sister Shane Behar(Mama Shane )(Charlie) her nieces Shane Clary (Baby Shane), Sheryl

Harrell(Darren) , her great nieces Jordan and Jenna Clary , great nephew Timothy Dixon(Rhiannon).

She had many, many, friends who she loved. She had a zest for fun that lit up every room she entered! She just adored spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mom loved riding on Harley’s, enjoying the beach, dancing , and all animals, especially those who needed extra love.

To honor Deborah, please feel free to wear pink or red- her favorite colors- or anything you’d like that feels special to you. In lieu of flowers, donations may be be made to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay in her memory.
