

Dennis W. Pyle, age 44, of Erie, passed away unexpectedly, on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at UPMC Hamot. He was born in Erie, on April 15, 1973, the son of Dennis A. and Brenda A. White Pyle. Denny graduated from St. Boniface Grade School, Seneca High School, class of 1991, and Erie Vo-Tech. He worked at Alliance Plastics in tool and die, and then as a machinist at General Electric since 2007. He enjoyed building model cars, trucks and airplanes, and was active in the Model Club. Denny liked restoring antique tractors and cars with his son and father, going to car shows in his 1966 Pontiac GTO and enjoyed listening to 80s music. He was an RC vehicles enthusiast. Besides his parents, Denny is survived by his wife, Nicole Davis Pyle; daughter, Jordan Davis; son, Samuel Pyle; two sisters, Elaine Johnson and Michele DiMattio (Thomas); five nieces, Aivree, Kendyll, Rowynn, Abby and Ava; and close childhood friend, Donny Rhodes. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. and again on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 8 p.m., conducted by Pastor Damon Peterson. Burial will take place at a later date.
