Jim's memory will forever be cherished by his beloved wife Charlotte Young, his sons James Young and Troy Young (Jessica), his daughter Teresa Shelton (Rodney), and his grandchildren Justin Hanes, Joshua Hanes, Aiden Young, Rodney Shelton Jr (Tiffany), Rodrick Shelton, Romeo Shelton, Ryan Shelton, and Charlotte Shelton. He also leaves behind a wide circle of family members and friends.
A ceremony to celebrate Jim's life will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 2pm at Hope Bible Church located at 5706 N. Hesperides St., Tampa, Florida 33614 where he dedicated himself to worshipping alongside his loved ones. This gathering of remembrance will be officiated by Pastor Steve Hogan and will provide an opportunity for all who knew Jim to pay tribute to his legacy and find solace in shared memories.
As we gather to bid farewell to Jim, let us remember his unwavering faith, his humble spirit, and his profound love. May his gentle soul find eternal peace, and may we find comfort in the memories we shared with him.
