of Tampa, FL passed away on Dec. 2, 2014. Jean is survived her husband, Dr. Louis Monteleone and son Dr. Kevin Monteleone and his wife Brooke Fowler Monteleone. Jean was born in Choudrant, LA and moved to Tampa with her husband after he was discharged from the US Air Force in 1961. Jean was employed as an executive secretary while her husband completed his residency in oral surgery in Philadelphia, PA and New Orleans, LA. Jean was athletic and active in the Palma Ceia Ladies Golf and Tennis Association as well as enjoyed scuba diving with her son and husband. Jean is also survived by three siblings, Troy Smalling of Ruston, LA, Fran Smalling Nelson of Lafayette, LA and Elliott Smalling Smith of Tampa, FL and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3pm on Friday, Dec. 5th at Blount and Curry - MacDill Chapel, 605 S. MacDill Ave. Please consider donations to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org/donate
