KURTZ, John, 83, passed away on November 21, 2013 in Tampa, FL. He is survived by his loving wife of over 60 years, Colette Kurtz; children Jack Kurtz (Cathy), Paul Kurtz, Cindy Etcher(Steve), and Mike Kurtz(Colleen); grandchildren Steven, Olivia, and Katie as well as several nieces and nephews
