Karen Clarke

She is survived by Barbara Bolt, her spouse; Del Clarke, Aunt; cousins and life long, dear childhood friends who were like sisters to her.

Karen graduated from H.B. Plant High School and Converse College, Spartanburg, S.C.

She was former owner/Vice President of Peninsular Paper Company, a family business. She was a sustaining member of the Junior League of Tampa and Active with Converse College Alumnae Association, having served on the Alumnae Board and as an area representative.

A private internment at Myrtle Hill Cemetery will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Converse College, 580 East Main St, Spartanburg, SC 29302 or a charity of your choice, preferably related to the environment or nature may be made.
