Nancy was born in Jacksonville, FL on December 21, 1937 to John C. and Sue Cooper. She attended Florida State University. On May 13, 1967 she married her husband John of 44 years and they moved from Ocala to Tampa in 1978. She would consider both Ocala and Tampa her hometowns. To those who knew her she was a tremendous host with a warm smile, a quick wit and the ability to fix up the best southern cooking around. She especially took pride around the holidays putting together beautiful family gatherings where everyone was welcome and always well fed. She was a sustainer with the Junior League of Tampa, a member of the Elks Club in Ocala, member of Wildcat Cliffs and longtime member of Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with family and friends at Belleair Beach when the kids were younger and in Highlands during her later years. She had a longtime group of girlfriends that always enjoyed each other’s company whether at the Bridge table or just sharing stories.
Nancy was predeceased by her parents John C. and Sue Cooper, her husband John Wulbern and son Walter John “Biff” Daly III. Nancy is survived by her son John C. “Bo” Wulbern (Kristen), grandsons John and William of Tampa; step-sons Robert C. Wulbern (Sharon), grandsons Walker and Alex of Ponte Vedra Beach; Allan E.
