Neysa N Cayon

Our dear mother, Neysa Naranjo Cayon sadly passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age 84. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her. She also had many friends who were like family. She was predeceased by her devoted husband Felix Cayon Sr. and is survived by her two sons and their wives; Felix & Carmen (Figueruelo), Alex & Bonnie (Miller); grandchildren; Cristina (Justin Lentz), Caren Cayon, Catherine (Alex Holder), Zachary Cayon, Danielle Cayon (Chase Earley), Joshua Cayon; great grandchildren, Jackson & Nora Lentz. She also is survived by her loving brother & his wife, Nildo & Mercy Naranjo and their children and grand nieces and nephews. Neysa was born in Matanzas, Cuba and fled with her husband and found refuge in Tampa. Eventually she was able to bring her parents, grandmother, aunts, uncles, all her family over and help them become successful thriving citizens. In lieu of flowers, we kindly request a donation in her name to be made to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research. A visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 from 5PM to 8PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home. Graveside services will then take place on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 10AM at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
