She found joy in floral design, sewing, traveling, cooking, and painting. One of her proudest accomplishments was becoming a flower show judge. She was an ACCREDITED MASTER JUDGE for the Florida Flower Show Judges and a member of Floralia II. She was also a proud life member of the Sunset Park Garden Club since 1968.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Fowler. Through marriage, she gained two step daughters, Gloria Castetter (Wayne), Justine Carter (Barry), one step-grandson, Logan Carter; three step-granddaughters Kristy, Angel and Kayla; and two great-grandsons Riley and Benjiman. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and countless friends. Whom she loved dearly.
She is predeceased in death by her step-son, Joseph Fowler II and her siblings, DelRae Brown Evans, Dawn Brown Plont, Ward "Skip" Brown and her cherished sister in law Janet Brown.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 4:00 pm at Blount & Curry Life Event Center, 605 S. MacDill Avenue, Tampa, FL 33609. A gathering of family and friends will immediately follow.
