Randy Dwight Woolard, 63, passed away on February 11, 2021 in Tampa, FL. Born in Germany to the late James and Clara Woolard, Randy moved to Tampa in 1969. He is survived by his wife Linda Woolard, son Nicholas Woolard, and his six precious dogs. Randy knew how to make everyone smile and touched many lives. He will truly be missed. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to The Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
