A visitation for Richard will be held Friday, October 3, 2025 at 10:00AM at Blount and Curry Funeral Home Oldsmar West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 Silvermill Dr, Tampa, FL 33635 with funeral services beginning at 11AM. Burial with full military honors will follow at 1:30 PM at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
