

Roxanne Kessler passed away peacefully on January 13, 2025, in Tampa, Florida, at the age of 73. Her compassionate and healing spirit and boundless love will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Roxanne is lovingly remembered and survived by her son, Jason Kessler; her granddaughter, Isabel Kessler; her brother, Sabin Crook, her loving aunts, uncles and cousins and endless dear friends in both La Crosse, Wisconsin, and Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Roxanne was born April 29, 1951, in La Crosse, WI to parents, Fred and Vivian Crook. After moving to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Roxanne saw a need for compassionate Home Care and as a pioneering woman of the 20th century, founded Keston Care (Homecare). Roxanne served Keston Care, the Chapel Hill community, and her employees for over 25 years until it was sold in 2017.
Roxanne was a talented artist who found joy in painting and sharing her art with the people she loved. She was very generous with her time, talents, and resources. Roxanne made anything she did fun with her great wit and sense of humor. Roxanne's kindness, warmth, and creativity lit up those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will continue to inspire and comfort her family and friends.
The memorial service and celebration of life for Roxanne Kessler will be held June 14, 2025, starting at 11:30 Stoney Creek Hotel located at 3060 S Kinney Coulee Rd, Onalaska, WI 54650. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend and celebrate how Roxanne touched our lives.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to a charity of your choice. Rest in peace, Roxanne; your spirit will live on in our hearts and thank you for touching our lives.
