Born on March 19, 1956, in Brooklyn, New York, Tina lived a life defined by kindness, grace, and deep devotion to those she loved. She was a steady and compassionate presence; someone who listened carefully, loved fully, and gave quietly without expectation. To know Tina was to feel cared for.
Tina was the beloved wife of Mickey Keenan, her partner, confidant, and best friend. She was the loving mother to Matthew, Jaclyn, and Natalie Bauman and the doting grandmother to Lily, Emily, Peyton, and Luke Bauman. She leaves her big brother, Vincent Pitta and little sister, Debbie Ward. Tina was a cherished family member to a large Italian family and dear friend whose warmth and sincerity touched many lives.
Throughout her life, Tina embodied strength and dignity, even in the face of hardship. She faced her illness with remarkable courage and grace, never losing her fierce spirit or the love she held for her family. Her presence brought comfort, her smile brought peace, and her love left a lasting imprint on all who knew her.
Tina will be remembered for her compassionate heart, her quiet resilience, and the way she made people feel truly seen and valued. Her legacy is one of love — given freely and received deeply. Tina loved hard, protected fiercely, and showed up fully for the people who mattered to her.
A wake will be held on January 7th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Blount & Curry Funeral Home on MacDill Avenue. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on January 8th at Christ the King Catholic Church on South Dale Mabry Highway.
