Mrs. Adelle Bacon, 82 of Temple died Tuesday March 6, 2007 in a Temple hospital. Services for Mrs. Bacon will be held at 10:00 AM Friday March 9, 2007 at the Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple with Rev. Randy Binon officiating. Burial will follow at the Moody Cemetery in Moody, Texas. Mrs. Bacon was born in Groesbeck, Texas the son of Lee and Jewel Newman Alexander. She was a member of the Evangel Temple in Killeen, Texas. She was a retired homemaker. Mrs. Bacon is survived by one son Jack Miller of Harker Heights, Texas and one daughter Linda Miller of Temple, Texas she is also survived by one sister Mildred Castleberry of Groesbeck, Texas and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A family visitation will be held from 6 until 7 PM Thursday March 8, 2007 at the Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple.
