Alvin James "A.J." Sanderson, 82, passed from this life to his heavenly home on January 16, 2025. He was born in Early, Texas to James Eldon & Lola Bell (Gifford) Sanderson. He married Jacqueline (Lavendusky) Leflore and they celebrated 40 years together.
He worked 42 years for Santa Fe/BNSF Railroad. He enjoyed traveling, camping in his RV, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Survived by his wife; Jacqueline Sanderson; son, Curtis Wickliffe and wife Veeca; 3 - daughters; Lisa Dunnam, Celina Vasquez and husband Johnny, Karen Lents and husband Glenn; brothers, Marc Sanderson and wife Stephna, Dennis Sanderson and wife Virginia. Together they share 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren
He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother Gary Sanderson, son, Keith Leflore.
