Barbara Mae Dickerson

Funeral services for Barbara Mae Dickerson, 68, of Belton will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at Scanio Harper Funeral Home with Rev. Margaret Clemings officiating. Mrs. Dickerson died Saturday at her residence. Mrs. Dickerson was born in Lima, Ohio to Herbert N. Foust and Helen Critchfield Foust. She graduated from St. Gerard's School in Lima, Ohio in 1958. She was a Catholic. She had worked as a secretary/bookkeeper for C and G Distributing and the March of Dimes in Lima, Ohio and for Country Boy Boots in Houston. She moved to Belton fifteen years ago. She was preceded in death by one grandson Nicholas B. Thomas of Marion, Ohio. Survivors include two sons Donald L. Beech and his wife Vicki of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Thomas R. Ward and his wife Tammy of Belton; three daughters Lelonie M. Sanders and her husband Joe of DeKalb, Illinois, Korina K. Thomas of Marion, Ohio and Helen M. Bruton of Belton; one brother Patrick Foust and his wife Frances of Van Wert, Ohio; one sister Melanie Kaiser and her husband Alan of Columbus, Ohio; eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Vista Care Hospice or to St. Gerards Church in Lima, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday at Scanio Harper Funeral Home.
