
Billy Joe Billeck Sr. 70, of Rogers died Tuesday March 28, 2006 at his residence. Services for Mr. Billeck will be held at 10:00 A, M. Saturday April 1, 2006 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Ranjan Cletus and Deacon John Petter officiating. Burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park. Mr. Billeck was born in Holland the son of Edward and Filomena Havelka Billeck. After Temple High School he entered the U.S. Navy in 1955. In September 1958 he began working for Wilson Art and retired after 33 years in May 1992. He married the former Mary Ann Tepera November 21, 1964 in Temple. In his retirement he stayed busy with Farming, Ranching, and playing with his grandson. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Temple. Mr. Billeck was preceded in death by two brothers Albert Joe Billeck in 1946 and Stanley Billeck in 1995. Mr. Billeck is survived by his wife Mary Ann Billeck of Rogers, one daughter Katherine Ann Billeck of Westphalia two sons Billy Joe Billeck, Jr. of Rogers and James Paul Billeck of Rogers. He also is survived by four sisters Martha Griffin of San Antonio, Texas, Lillie McDaniel of Crawford, Texas, Alice Raines of Rusk, Texas, and Georgia Lambright of Florence, Alabama, and five brothers Edward Billeck of Temple, Texas, Bobby Billeck of Moody, Texas Lee Billeck of Belton, Texas Johnny Billeck of Heidenheimer, Texas and Wayne Billeck of Belton, Texas and two grandchildren. A family visitation will be held from 6-7 pm Friday with a Rosary beginning at 7pm. at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple, Texas. The family requests that memorials be made to St Mary Catholic Church or St Mary Catholic School 1018 South 7th Street Temple, Texas 76504.
