Brian "Manny" Evans

Brian K. “Manny” Evans, age 54, of Plano formerly of Temple passed on Monday, December 25, 2017 in Carrollton, Texas.  He was born on October 16, 1963 in Temple the son of Glen Evans, Jr. and Margie Williams Evans. A funeral service will take place on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 2:00PM at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home 3110 Airport Rd. Temple, Texas 76504. A visitation will be held from 1:00PM until the time of services at 2:00PM on Friday, December 29, 2017 at the funeral home. Brian was an inspector for Quality Integrated Services and had worked in the oil industry for many years all around the world.  When not working he loved to spend his time outdoors hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife Michelle Rovelli of Plano, step-son Lane of Plano, his parents Margie and Don Newton of Temple, a sister Crystal Evans of Temple, and several step-brothers and step-sisters.  He is also survived by an aunt Dianne Dalton of Temple. He was preceded in death by his father Glen Evans, step-father Doug Forbes, Sr., grandmother Irma Martinson, and an aunt Anna Sue James.
