Private services for Dana Lee Ball, 45, of Anchorage, Alaska, formerly of Temple will be held at a later date. Miss Ball died Tuesday at her residence. Miss Ball was born February 18, 1970 in St. Louis, Missouri to William Ball and Dorothy Swannack Ball. She graduated from Temple High School in 1988 and graduated from Texas Woman's University. She was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church. She moved to Anchorage 10 years ago and was a Dental Hygienist and worked for the V.A. Hospital in Anchorage. She was active in the Rainbow Girls and Eastern Star. Miss Ball was preceded in death by her father William Ball on March 9, 2015. Survivors include her mother Dorothy Ball of Temple and one brother Kevin Ball of Belton. In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to a favorite charity. Scanio-Harper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
