

Mrs. Helen Wiley 84 of Temple died Thursday September 9, 2010 in a Temple hospital. Graveside services will held at 2:00 PM Saturday September 11, 2010 at Resthaven Cemetery in Belton with Dr. Billy Koinm and Dr. Tom Henderson officiating. Mrs. Wiley was born in Drew, Mississippi the daughter of Jesse and Vallie Upchurch Skinner. She was a homemaker for many years; she had also been the Kitchen Manager at Scott School for many years. She was an active member of Heights Baptist Church in Temple where she was a Sunday school teacher as well as an instructor for GA's. Mrs. Wiley was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd H. Wiley, son Ronnie Wiley and sister Gladys Rives. She is survived by two daughters Gail Sirny of Temple and Jane Wiley of Austin, Two sons Bobby Lloyd Wiley and wife Mellicent of Huntsville and David Clark Wiley and wife Cindy of Salado. She is also survived by a sister Lavelle Skinner Liles of Mission, TX. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren 12 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Active Pallbearers will be Stephen Evans, Bobby Wiley II, Justin Wiley, Heath Wiley, Brandon Evans and Monty Montanye. Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Austin, Lee Reynolds, Caleb Adkins, Ronnie Evans, Joshua Austin, Billy Liles, Kaiden Montanye, Jackie Vaughan and Jason Christian. A visitation will be held from 6 until 8 PM Friday September 10, 2010 at the Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple. In lieu of flowers the family requests that Memorials be made to the Heights Baptist Church Building Fund 1220 South 49th Street Temple, Texas 76504 or to the Scott & White Hospice 2401 South 31st Street Temple, Texas 76508 Active Pallbearers will be Stephen Evans, Bobby Wiley, Justin Wiley, Jr.,Heath Wiley Brandon Evans and Monty Montanye.
