Visitation will take place on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 3:00pm-5:00pm with a Rosary at 5:00pm at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home 3110 Airport Rd. Temple, Texas 76504.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 10:00am at St, Mary’s Catholic Church 1018 S. 7th St. Temple, Texas 76504 followed by burial at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cyclone.
Mary worked as a nurse for many years for the VA in Temple.
She is survived by her children, Gary Marburger and wife Shannon of Temple, Duane Marburger and wife Jennifer of Marble Falls, and Lisa Coufal and husband Terry of Temple, 9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Morris Marburger, daughter Karen Jeter, her parents, and siblings Helen Mikeska, George Smetana, and Elias Bigon.
