Mr. Schroeder was born in Waukegan, Illinois to Quintin Seth Schroeder and Angela F. Tercek Schroeder. He graduated from Waukegan Township High School in 1968, and he attended Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas. He married Sharon Ostrander Sept. 1, 1973. He moved to Temple, from Houston, in 1991 and was a manager for BFI. He was a soccer referee and was a member of Temple Bible Church. Survivors include his wife Sharon Schroeder of Temple, four daughters Michelle L. Schroeder of Temple, Mrs. Ramiro (Sarah) M. Martinez of Temple, Angela L. Schroeder of Temple and Tessa M. Schroeder of Nacogdoches, his mother Angela F. Schroeder of Houston, two sisters Margaret F. Crawford of Houston and Nancy J. Grant of Littleton, Colorado, and one grandson.
