
Funeral services for Raymond Pavlica, 76, of Temple will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Dunson officiating. Burial will be in Bellwood Memorial Park. Mr. Pavlica died Tuesday at his residence. Mr. Pavlica was born in Ratibor October 15, 1933 to George Pavlica and Francis Adamek Pavlica. He attended school in Lost Prairie and graduated from Temple High School. He worked for Temple News Agency, worked as a painters helper and worked for W.H. Porter painting new homes. Later he owned and operated Where It's At" Grill and Bar until he retired. He married Kathryn Artman August 21, 1983. He lived in Bell County all of his life. Survivors include his wife Kathryn Pavlica of Temple; two stepdaughters Terri Holwerda of Temple and Patty Boucher of Washington; one stepson Bernie Boucher of Washington; one brother Johnnie Pavlica of Temple; two sisters Martha Palla of Temple and Irene Beran of Temple, five grandchildren Darren Smith, Derek Smith, Kayla Holwerda, Katlin Boucher and Rayn Boucher and one great grandchild Layla Holwerda. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
