Graveside services for Rose Marie Engle, of Temple will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday at Bellwood Memorial Park with Rev. Laird Engle officiating. Miss Engle died Sunday at her residence. Miss Engle was born in Temple to Laird F. Engle and Rosa Pauline Taylor Engle. She graduated from Temple High School in 1957 and graduated from Mary Hardin Baylor. She was a school teacher and taught all of her 26 year career at Fowler Elementary in Killeen. She was a member of Oak Park United Methodist Church, The Spade and Shovel Club, City Federation of Women’s Club and the Retired Teacher’s Association. She also volunteered at Churches Touching Lives for Christ. Survivors include one brother Frank M. Engle of Temple and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Oak Park United Methodist Church or to Churches Touching Lives for Christ. Scanio-Harper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
