Thomas Delbert Scott, age 77, of Temple died Saturday, November 12, 2011. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 16 at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery with Rev. Mike Meadows officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 - 6:30 PM Tuesday, November 15, at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home. Mr. Scott was born on January 30, 1934 in Milam County to David W. and Olea (Bridges) Scott. He was a longtime resident of Bell County and was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was employed as a long haul truck driver for many years. Survivors include two sisters, one brother and several nieces and nephews.
