Tommy Foley, age 66, of Temple died Sunday, December 27, 2009 in a local hospital. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 30 at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery with Rev. Don Paulson officiating. Mr. Foley was born on June 11, 1943 in Belton to Henry and Pearlie (Quinn) Foley. He was reared and educated in the Temple and Belton area. He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. He married Brenda Honeycutt on August 17, 1981. He was self employed as a salesman for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Foley of Temple, one son, Brandon Sofge and wife, Peggy of Temple, two daughters, Denice Dunlap and husband, Robert of Salado, Tammy Paulson and husband, Roger of Temple, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother, Wayne Foley and wife, Linda of Zabcikville and two sisters.
