She was born on May 18, 1956 in San Antonio, TX, the daughter of Perry (Huck) Pratt and Jeri Pratt. She married Douglas Hendershot in 1981. She worked for many years as a teacher and touched many lives. She was a wonderful mother, mother in law, friend, and her favorite title was GRAMS. She is preceded in death by both parents. She left behind 4 wonderful children. Wendy Faith Koliha of Rogers, Paul Hendershot and wife Courtney of Belton, John Hendershot and wife Kelli of Rogers, and Ruth Fuller and husband David of Converse, and 6 handsome grandsons, Case Koliha, Luke and Jett Hendershot, Hunter and Huck Hendershot, and Caleb Fuller.
Wendy was a devout Christian loving the Lord majority of her life and witnessed to many people. She touched so many lives while working as teacher at Chilton ISD. She was always smiling and positive. She never met a stranger and she would always take you in and love you no matter what. She will be missed by so many and will leave this world a lesser place. We just know that she is now with her Lord and dad and mom watching over us.
Services will be held Friday October 30, 2020 at 11 am at Calvary Baptist Church located at 1102 S 35th St, Temple, TX 76504.
