Anna B Miller

Anna B. Miller, 100, of Toms River passed away on Sunday March 31st, 2013 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Lakewood, she resided in Woodbridge prior to moving to Cedar Glen section of Toms River in 1963. Anna worked as a receptionist for Dr. Hilker in Perth Amboy for over 23 years. She was predeceased by her husband Charles H., Sister Inez Ferdinandsen, aunt Lydia Quinn and nephew William Ferdinandsen and his wife Libby. Surviving are her nephews Warren and Eileen Ferdinandsen of Rocky Point, NY and Alan and Carol Ferdinandsen of Alabama, 8 grand nieces and nephews , 14 great grand nieces and nephews, dear caregivers JoAnn Monaghan and Sally Taylor and many dear friends. She was also predeceased by her loving companion John Vaughn and survived by his children Jack Vaughn, Jim Vaughn, Jill and Jim Leach of Lake Hopatcong, NJ and Joy and Jim Prunty of Stanhope, NJ. Visitation will be Wednesday April 3rd, 2013 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755. A Funeral Service will be offered on Thursday April 4th, 2013 at 11am at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Lakewood.
