

Beneditto “Ben” Luberto, 87, of Toms River passed away on Friday August 21st, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Staten Island, NY he resided in Old Bridge, NJ prior to moving to Toms River in 1995. Ben was an Army Veteran and worked as a Truck Driver for AAA Trucking Corp in Pine Brook, NJ. He was also a member of the Italian American Club and Teamsters Local 701 in New Brunswick, NJ. He was predeceased by his brother Joseph Luberto and son-in-law Tony LaGreca. Surviving are his loving wife of 62 years Joan, children Maria and husband Frederick Hodge of Freehold, NJ, Benjamin and wife Susan Luberto, Teresa LaGreca of Somerset, NJ and Laura and husband John Farischon of Rockaway, NJ, brother Albert and wife Louise Luberto of Nevada, sister-in-law Patricia Luberto of PA, grandchildren Freddie, Christopher, Lisa-Marie, Steven, Anthony, Nicholas and Ryan, great granddaughter Ava Rose and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday August 25th, 2015 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday August 26th, 2015 at 10:30am at St. Maximilian Kolbe R.C. Church in Berkeley Township, NJ. Mausoleum entombment will follow at St. Bernard R.C. Cemetery in Bridgewater, NJ. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.quinn-hoppinfh.com.
