Debra Ruggieri

Debra Ruggieri, age 63, of Montclair, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 surrounded by her loving family at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin. Born in Montclair, NJ to the late Penny and Frank Cetta, Debra had lived in Bloomfield with her late husband John and later moved to the shore area.

Debra enjoyed spending time with her family and going to Atlantic City. She loved going to the beach and riding her bike as long as the sun was shining.

Debra was predeceased by her husband John in 2015 and their faithful furry companion GiGi. Debra is survived by her sister Tracey Oswin and her husband Tom, her loving nephew Tommy and niece Tayler whom she absolutely adored as if they were her own. Also surviving is her brother William Ferrell his wife Michele and their children, Christopher, Taylor and Donald, her aunts Kristina Popovitch, Irene Debold and Kazia Bialek and her brothers in law Mark Ruggieri and Paul Ruggieri.

A Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2024 3-6 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River. Graveside service will be at the Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield, NJ on Monday, March 4, 2024 11:30 am.
