Born in Newark, she lived in Maplewood before moving to Berkeley Twp 28 years ago.
She is predeceased by her husband Frank Puglio who died in June.
Julie is survived by her daughter Carmela Visicaro and her husband Joseph; her son, Anthony Puglio and his wife Jo Ann; her sisters, Angelina Meola, Lucia Guarino, and also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
A visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-8 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, 11:30am at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, Toms River. Burial will follow at the Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown.
The family is requesting that there be no flowers.
