Kathleen Rastelli

Kathleen A. Rastelli, 67, of Toms River passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at her home with her family at her side. Born on November 16, 1943 in Bayonne to John and Catherine (Riley) Hannon, she lived in Toms River since 1968.

Mrs. Rastelli was a factory worker for Torwico Electronics in Lakewood for 30 years and also worked for Blonder Tongue Laboratories in Lakewood for 5 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and was a Koi pond enthusiast.

Mrs. Rastelli was predeceased by her husband P. Joseph Rastelli in 1988, her son Robert P. Rastelli in 2004 and her two sisters, Maureen Fauhl and Elizabeth Hannon-Gay. She is survived by her three sons, Joseph J. Rastelli and his wife Elizabeth of Toms River, Michael J. Rastelli of Union and James A. Rastelli and his wife Sherri of Toms River, her five grandchildren; Sean, Christian, Katie, Torie and Nicholas. She is also survived by her cousin, Kathy Roesinger of Bayonne and five nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 15th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:30am at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church in Berkeley Township. Interment will be in Ocean County Memorial Park in Toms River. In lieu of flowers donation may be sent in Kathleen’s name to Community Medical Center, Radiation and Outpatient Infusion, 99 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755.
