Madeleine Mary Newman

Madeline Mary Newman, 74, of Manchester passed away on Thursday November 28th, 2013 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Brooklyn, NY she resided in St. Albans, Queens, Shoreham, NY, Medford, NY, Lauderdale by the Sea, FL, Baldwin, NY and Midlothian, VA prior to moving to Manchester in 2013. She was predeceased by her parents Robert J. and Margaret Gibson and Brother Robert Gibson. Surviving are her loving husband of 45 years Walter, daughters Susan Martin of Toms River and Kristen and husband Joseph Ferrara of Forked River, son John Newman and Stacy Craven of Colonial Heights, VA, sisters Mary and husband Robert McNiff of Bellmore, Long Island and Margie and husband Fred Williams of Commack, NY, brothers William and wife Linda Gibson of Chatham, NY, Joseph and wife Deborah Gibson of Oyster Bay Cove, NY and Thomas and wife Peggy Gibson of Catskill, NY, grandchildren Joseph Ferrara, Sophia Martin, Deayla Craven, Aylin Newman and Conastee Blocker, sister-in-laws Barbara Gibson of Kinderhook, NY and Particia Laufer of Rocky Point, NY and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday December 2nd, 2013 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday December 3rd, 2013 at 9:15am at St. Luke R.C. Church in Toms River.
