Marie A. Gabriel

Marie was born on November 2, 1965, in Toms River, NJ. She dedicated her life to caring for others- whether as a nurturing presence for her family, a loving mom-mom, or a source of comfort to anyone in need. Her kindness touched all who knew her. One of her greatest joys was spending time in Lancaster, PA, a place that brought her peace and happiness. Her visits there were among her most cherished moments.

Marie is survived by her beloved husband, Robert N. Gabriel, Jr.; two daughters, Amanda Wehrle (John) and Stephanie Puerto (Mainor); two sisters, Patty Miller and Lorraine Honey; and four grandchildren, Evan, Avery, Maxton, and Marcelina.

Visitation will be on Monday, May 19, 2025 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. Her funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, in the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleum, 62 Cedar Grove Rd, Toms River, NJ 08753.
