Marta Squeo

Marta Squeo, 89, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025 at Complete Care at Holiday City. She was born in Molfetta, Italy and immigrated to the United States in 1966. She lived and raised her family in Lodi, NJ, Hasbrouck Heights and then moved back to Lodi before recently moving to Toms River. She worked for many years as a machine operator for Nabisco Co. before retiring at age 60.

Marta was predeceased by her husband Mauro Squeo and her daughter Giovanna Pila and her 3 grandchildren Anthony, Raymond and Sonya. She is survived by her children Stefanina Gentile and her spouse Franco, Maria Lazzizzera and her spouse Domenico and Virginia Squeo; her brother Mauro Favuzzi; her 8 grandchildren Blanca, Franco, Lillian, Charlie, Randy, Denis, Steven and Marta Marie and 8 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at 4:00pm on Wednesday November 19. 2025 at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755 with a prayer service at 4:30 pm. Entombment will committal prayers will be held on Thursday November 20, 2025 at 11:30 am at Holy Cross Cemetery Mausoleum 340 Ridge Road North Arlington, NJ 07031.
