Nicholas Cantatore

Nicholas Cantatore, 81, of Toms River passed away on Thursday June 27th, 2013 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Bari, Italy, he resided in East Brunswick prior to moving to Toms River in 1996. He worked for the U.S. Post Office as a mechanic for 35 years, retiring in 1992. Surviving are his loving wife of 53 years Marie (nee Minervini), sons Nicholas and Cathy Cantatore of Egg Harbor Township, NJ and Stephen Cantatore and partner Jeff Grasso of Lakeland, FL, daughter Kathy and Carl Miller of East Brunswick, NJ, grandchildren Christina and Steve Hack of Smithville, NJ, Nicholas Cantatore of Egg Harbor City, NJ, Christopher Miller of East Brunswick, NJ, Cori Totoro of Ventnor, NJ and Tony Totoro of Ventnor, NJ, brother Felix and Camille Cantatore of Ortley Beach, NJ and sister Rose Maluguti of Oaklahoma. Visitation will be Wednesday July 3rd, 2013 from 10-11am at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. A Funeral Service will be offered at 11am at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park in Toms River.
