Peter Anthony Pallitto, 80, of Toms River passed away on Thursday October 16th, 2014 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born and raised in Newark, NJ he later moved to Toms River in 1999. Peter worked for the US Postal Service in Newark, NJ for over 32 years. He was predeceased by his parents Patsy and Emily Pallitto and sister Rose LaGreca. Surviving are his loving wife of 57 years Juanita, son Patrick Pallitto of Toms River, daughter Lynn and husband Tom Salvato of Hazlet, NJ and grandchildren Tom Jr. and Ashley. Visitation will be Friday October 24th, 2014 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday October 25th, 2014 at 10:30am at St. Maximilian Kolbe R.C. Church in Berkeley Township, NJ. Cremation will be private.
