Sandra Rossi Boutsikaris "Sandy"

Born in Newark, she grew up in the Silver Lake section of Belleville before settling in Toms RIver in 2017.

Prior to retiring in 2013, she worked in the service industry at Venezia, Villa D'Amenico and Franklin Steakhouse restaurants, where she was affectionately known as "Sandy."

Whenever possible, Sandy attended The Church of Grace and Peace, Toms River, having formerly belonged to Christian Faith Center, Bloomfield. Sandy, like an Angel from Heaven, touched many lives. Her nature was to help all she knew in any way possible.

Surviving are her loving husband of 27 years, Thomas; her beloved son, Frank Derbin and his wife Nicole; her sister, Jodi Ann Rossi; her aunt, Francine Bunnucci; sisters-in-law, Christine Longo Boutsikaris, Jaqualine Boutsikaris; her brother-in-law, Joseph Boutsikaris and his wife Annette; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Also with her in heaven is her beloved baby boy, Guggi.

She was predeceased by her parents: Ida nee Lafiata and Guglielmo "Bill" Rossi; and her brother, William.
