It is with tremendous sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the peaceful passing of our angel, Angela Calce at her home surrounded by her loving family on Friday March 19th. She was born in Galluccio, Caserta, Italy on July 19th, 1930.
Angela was a devoted, caring and loving wife to Calvio for 67 years and an adoring, affectionate, and nurturing mother to Mirella (Tony), Domenic (Amanda), Elena (Joe). She was a proud and loving grandmother who treasured Marcello (Mena), Franco (Michelle), the late Gian Vito, Claudio, Calvin (Anca), Taylor, Jordan and her great grandchildren that gave her the utmost joy, Sandro, Mikayla, and Erica.
To the world Angela was only one person but to our family she was our world. Angela was a simple woman whose only needs were for her family to be happy and peaceful. Her home and her heart were warm, and the food always plentiful. Her spirit will always be alive and she will forever be our guiding angel.
The family is eternally grateful to Dr. Chin Chung for his exceptional care, support and weekly house visits which helped the family immensely.
For those wishing to attend the Funeral Mass, it will be held at St. Paschal Baylon Church, 92 Steeles Avenue West, Thornhill on Tuesday March 23rd at 10 am.
Due to covid restrictions the visitation and entombment will be private.
