It’s with great sadness that I announce the passing of Christopher George Rayfield age 65. Son of Judy Rayfield(deceased) and George Rayfield(deceased).
Survived by his sister Jeannie Jenkins(nee) Rayfield. Niece, Katie Jenkins and nephew Billy Jenkins. Aunt Bettsy, Uncle Barry, cousins, Willy(Christine), Nancy, Erin (Scott). He left 4 cats and 1 dog who I am sure miss him dearly.
His passion for animals was immeasurable,rescuing many feral cats and a dog. From a young age we always had various animals in the house, hamsters, mice, turtles, snakes, as well as a hermit crab that my grandmother smuggled across the border because she knew how much wanted one. He was also very
passionate about music. Attending hundreds of concerts over the years. The Rolling Stones
being his favourite.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes would be greatly appreciated.
