Edna Punchard

Passed away peacefully at Mackenzie Health Centre in Richmond Hill on Saturday, March 12th, 2016 at the age of 95, with her family at her side. Edna beloved wife of the late Fred for 57 years. Loving mother to Garry (Sheila), Brian and Robin (Bill). Cherished Grandma to Wendy (Glen), Tanya (Joe), Derek (Christine), Brett (Jennifer), Janay (Jason), Curt (Tricia), Tricia (Brad), Pat (John), and Stephen (Alex). Treasured great grandma to Liam, Lucas, Jacob, Joshua, Jordan, Cole, Blake, Brooke, Hailey, Kendra, Gabrielle, Cade, Mackenzie, Austin, Samantha and Katelyn. Predeceased by her sisters Annie (Bant), Eva (Ken) and daughter-in-law Lorraine. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Annie and Bernadette for their constant care and support. Thanks to Ali and Clara for their daily visits from CCAC. A heartfelt thanks to Connie for her unwavering devotion throughout Edna’s ailing years. Visitation will take place on Monday, March 14th from 6-9 pm and from 2-3 pm on Tuesday, March 15th followed by a memorial service at 3 pm. Service will be held at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street. In lieu of flowers, you may donate to the charity of your choice.
