

In 1973, he graduated from the University of the East where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and was involved in the construction of the Magat River Irrigation Project, Southeast Asia’s first multi-purpose dam.
Eduardo was the eldest of ten children, including his sisters, Norma, Leticia, and Susan, and his brothers Orlando, Renato, Maximino Jr., Danilo, Arnulfo, and Edgar.
Although he was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2004, Eduardo was able to live an active and fulfilling life until this past year when it turned into a rare and aggressive form of carcinoma. He passed away peacefully on October 15, 2022 at the age of 75.
Eduardo is survived by his wife of 41 years, Zenaida, his son Russell Luke, and his beloved dog, Rupert.
Eduardo was a devoted husband and a loving father who always put his family first. His favorite hobby was tending to his backyard vegetable garden where he would spend his most of his days to ensure a bountiful harvest.
He will be dearly missed by all his friends, family, and all who knew him.
The Visitation will be held at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home (6191 Yonge St, Toronto, Ontario) on Friday October 21, 2022 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the visitation room on the upper floor.
The Funeral service will take place at St. Paschal Baylon Church on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 9:30am, located at 92 Steeles Ave West Thornhill, Ontario.
